  • have seminar and workshop to inform and to guide students and instructors how to use LMS.
  • have research activities on how to better implementing e-learning at ITC
  • have consultancy on quality assurance on course development and operation

  • 5 issues concerned: lack of experience of online content dev., e-learning policies and regulations, timeline, full time staff
  • More training for advanced course in content development for SME rather than ID, CD, SE is required.
