ASEAN Cyber University (ACU) operates an interdependent Learning Contents Management System (LCMS) and a Learning Management System (LMS) based on each member institutes’ academic calendar and offers online e-learning courses in ACU major areas and special areas.
Representative of CLMV member institutions shall submit the ACU Course Request Form and syllabi to the Secretariat to request development of e-learning courses based on their needs.

The Secretariat of the ACU Steering Committee shall then combine and collate the collected information and distribute the ACU Course Request/Provision List and syllabi to all ACU Member States and Institutions.

Following the decision(s) of the Committee, the Secretariat shall distribute to all ACU Member States and Institutions the final, complete list and syllabi detailing ACU course offerings. ACU courses are selected and developed based on member institutions’ requests.
Each of ACU Member States and Institutions publicize information regarding selected courses and syllabi.
