Membership

1) The Ministry or institute in charge of higher education and/or ICT of the ASEAN newly participating economy that would like to agree the objective of TOR(Terms of References) and have a willing to comply with the TOR shall join the ACU Project. The new Participant has the same right and duties as the Participants’ by signing this MOU after its entry into effect.

2) A candidacy must submit the Application of ASEAN Cyber University Project Membership Entry. Ministry will be approved as a member state once their proposal is submitted to the Steering Committee while institute membership comes into effect upon the Committee’s agreement on its proposal. The new participant has the same right and duties as member state or institute signing this MOU after its entry into effect.
